Jim practices primarily in the commercial transactions area with a focus on both mergers and acquisitions and use of Delaware entities, and rendering legal opinions with respect to business entities and transactional issues. He began his practice as a corporate litigator in the Delaware Court of Chancery, and continues to work on matters before that Court. He is Chair of the firm's Associate Committee.
Prior Employment
For two years, Jim worked as in-house counsel for an internet company.
