James P. Juliano

James P. Juliano, Esq. practices in the area of commercial transactions, with an emphasis on the acquisition, development and leasing of commercial real estate. Mr. Juliano is a graduate of Villanova University (B.A., Magna Cum Laude, 1986) and the University of Connecticut School of Law (J.D., with honors, 1990). Most recently, Mr. Juliano served as the General Counsel of Konover Development Corporation for five years. He began his legal career with Pepe & Hazard, where he was employed from 1990 to 1993 and with Hebb & Gitlin, where his practice involved high-end real estate restructuring and work out for an institutional client base. Jim left Hebb & Gitlin in 1998, and began his association with the Konover organization as an attorney in their in-house law firm. He is a member of the Roster of Neutrals of the American Arbitration Association. He is a member of the International Conference of Shopping Centers. Mr. Juliano is a resident of Simsbury, Connecticut. Mr. Juliano is admitted to the Connecticut bar and is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association.
