Jim is a respected adversary in court. Although one never trusts an opposing counsel at trial, a hand shake with Jim is worth more than others'.

James is very knowledgable and a highly skilled litigator. I have relied on him extensively as co-counsel in prosecuting a complex asbestos case agaisnt 20 defendants. He has been prompt and accurate in everything he has done for me. I trust his judgment completely. He is very deserving of an AV rating.

James was an exceptional attorney with a vast depth of knowledge associated with asbestos and malignant mesothelioma personal injury. He was very considerate of what the entire family was going through both emotionally and the suffering that was involved with the lost of a spouse and father. During the endless depositions of my husband, children and myself, James proved to be a skilled advocate of our rights. He aggressively negotiated with the defendants resulting in a positive outcome.
