Mr. Crockett's primary areas of practice are The Battle Group complex commercial litigation, including business torts, coal litigation, environmental litigation and bankruptcy litigation.

· Represented commercial owner in major construction litigation
· Represented employer in fatality cases
· Represented coal companies in environmental litigation, coal leasing case and coal sales dispute
· Handled natural gas sales litigation
· Represented medical device manufacturer in mass tort litigation
· Represented company in shareholder litigation
· Represented debtor and served as primary trial and appellate counsel in national mass tort bankruptcy case
· Represented the Resolution Trust Corporation and its successors on a regional basis
· Represented national food processing company in major Clean Water Act cases in state and federal courts
· Represented numerous banks and other financial institutions in a wide variety of litigation matters
· Represented officers and directors in a variety of cases involving derivative claims, disputed dissolutions and corporate governance issues
· Represented clients in more than 25 appeals in various United States Circuit Courts and argued 17 of those appeals, including the trial of a contempt charge in the Fourth Circuit
