Professional Experience Jim Sicilian represents a broad range of business clients in trials and appeals of complex commercial disputes, including intellectual property and antitrust matters, among others. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants, ranging from multinational Fortune 500 corporations to closely held companies and individuals, in patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret disputes, antitrust, and unfair trade practices cases. Jim served as law clerk for The Honorable Thomas J. Meskill, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, 1981-82.
