James J. Tracy joined the Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer Mass Tort/Class Action Team in 2006 where he has concentrated his practice in the areas of chemical exposure, products liability and soil contamination. These types of cases typically involve claims for personal injury, wrongful death, property damage, medical monitoring and loss of quality of life.
Since joining the Toxic Torts Team, he has represented clients in cases involving benzene exposure, chromium contamination, soil contamination and Stevens-Johnson Syndrome caused by the digestion of ibuprofen. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Tracy was the law clerk for the Honorable Rosemarie Ruggiero Williams, P.J. Ch. in Somerset County, New Jersey. He is the author of an article in the Winter 2005 edition of Boston University Journal of Science and Technology Law entitled Browsewrap Agreements:Register.com v. Verio, Inc.
