James Trammell Harper, Jr.

James Trammell Harper Jr. is a graduate of the University of Florida, B.S., in 1994 majoring in Business Administration. He graduated from the University of Florida, College of Law in 1997. He is a managing Attorney with The Advocates Law Office, PLLC and primarily handles consumer Chapters 7 and 13 bankruptcies. Mr. Harper served as Chairperson of the Orange County Bar Association, Bankruptcy Subcommittee, 2005 - 2006. In 2010, Mr. Harper was a member of the subcommittee for Bankruptcy Mortgage Modifications whose changes have helped make the Middle District of Florida Orlando Division one of the most successful areas in the Country for achieving loan modifications in Chapter 13 bankruptcies. For over 13 years, Mr. Harper has helped people save their homes and avoid large deficiency judgments through bankruptcy, and through both State Court and Bankruptcy Court Loan Modification Mediations. Mr. Harper is also knowledgeable in the areas of Foreclosure Defense, Short Sales and Strategic Default.
