Professional Experience
James Tyminski practices intellectual property law with an emphasis on complex patent and Hatch-Waxman litigation in the chemical and pharmaceutical arts. While in law school, Mr. Tyminski served as an associate editor of the Baylor Law Review and was a member of Baylor's moot court team. Mr. Tyminski also interned with Judge Mary Murphy of the 14th District Court in Dallas, Texas.
While at Rutgers University, Mr. Tyminski worked in the Laboratory of Dr. Eddy Arnold at the Center for Advanced Biotechnology and Medicines. His undergraduate research and senior thesis focused on crystallization and structure determination of human capping enzyme and antiretroviral drugs.
