James W. Moennich

Mr. Moennich is a member of the Firm’s Business Organizations & Tax Department and serves on the Firm’s Board of Directors. He has also been designated as Special Counsel to the State of Ohio, Attorney General. In his more than 32 years of practice, Mr. Moennich has developed a solid background and experience in banking law including loan documentation; creditors’ rights, foreclosure, bankruptcy and associated litigation; real estate law including commercial and residential acquisition and development; subdivisions, condominium and cluster home developments, commercial leasing, and health care law including representation of health care organizations and professionals.
