Jamie Neal focuses on appellate practice, insurance coverage issues and on defending product liability and professional malpractice claims. She has also handled litigation on a variety of business liability issues, including intellectual property claims, premises liability actions and contract disputes.

· Serves on nationwide team of lawyers and engineers for a major manufacturer of medical devices
· As appellate counsel, helped obtain reversal of $5.9 million jury verdict against steel products manufacturer

Before Stites & Harbison
While obtaining her B.S. degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University, Jamie spent four semesters working as an engineering intern at United Parcel Service.
More than Stites & Harbison
Jamie serves on the board of directors for Wednesday's Child, a local non-profit organization dedicated to advocating for children without permanent families, particularly by raising awareness of and assisting with the adoption of special needs children. Jamie also co-chairs the firm's program providing volunteers for Legal Aid Society's Domestic Violence Advocacy Program.

Jamie enjoys spending time with her husband and their daughters, age four and two. She also tries to squeeze in time for reading, Bikram yoga, and cooking.
