Associate, Litigation Department Member, Real Estate Brokerage Practice Group Practice Focus Ms. Felton handles all aspects of litigation, including matters in both the trial and appellate courts. She represents diverse clients, including a national bank, trade industry associations, New Jersey homeowners' associations, as well as mid-sized and closely-held businesses. Her experience includes jury trials, alternative dispute resolution, all aspects of discovery, and appeals. Ms. Felton strives to achieve positive results for her clients at every stage of litigation, from mediation through trial, if necessary, in the most cost-effective way possible. Representative Matters · Ms. Felton's recent cases include her representation of a pharmaceutical industry consulting corporation in an appeal to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, where she argued the applicability of the commercial bribery statute as a defense to a contract claim. · In a trial venued in the Chancery Division, General Equity, Ms. Felton served as lead trial counsel in the successful defense a corporate trustee accused of mismanaging trust assets. · Ms. Felton appeared before the New Jersey Supreme Court in the notable case of Committee for a Better Twin Rivers v. Twin Rivers Homeowners' Association, successfully briefing an array of constitutional property and speech rights on behalf of a large New Jersey homeowners' association. · In 2008, Ms. Felton won a jury trial in a contract fee dispute litigated in the Middlesex County Law Divison.
