Janicelynn J. Asamoto works primarily on tax matters relating to structured notes, domestic and cross-border lending transactions, collateralized debt obligations, and other securitizations. She is also involved in tax issues relating to corporate mergers and acquisitions.
She received her B.A. from Amherst College and her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she was an editor of the Fordham Law Review. She is currently pursuing an LL.M. in Taxation from the New York University School of Law. Previously, Janicelynn clerked for the Hon. Denny Chin of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
