Janie Lin is an associate in our Business Law Group in Toronto. She has a general corporate practice which includes corporate finance, public/private mergers and acquisitions, and securities.
Ms. Lin received her B. Arts & Science (Hons.) from McMaster University in 1998 and her M.Ed. in Higher Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto in 2001. She received her J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2004, and her LL.B. from the University of Windsor in 2004.
Ms. Lin was a recipient of the JD/LLB Faculty of Law Award for the years 2001 to 2003. In 2003, she was honoured with the Wolverine Bar Association Scholarship in Michigan and in 2004, she was recognized with a Public Interest Award from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.
Ms. Lin was called to the Bar in the province of Ontario in 2005.
