She heads the Corporations and Estate Planning area. She has led or participated in the design and implementation of highly sophisticated and valued family, corporate and tax structures. She has also conducted significant financial transactions through syndicated loans, leasing and leaseback. Partner of CorreaGubbins since 2006, between 2001 and 2005 she was senior associate at Barros, Court & Correa and between 1997 and 1999 she served as Chief of Staff for the Mayor of Santiago.
