Jared Sunshine's practice focuses on antitrust and securities fraud litigation, including counseling on competition-related government investigations, Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission regulatory compliance, and Hart-Scott-Rodino Act requirements. He also has experience with complex litigation and class action practice.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Jared interned in the chambers of the Hon. Denise L. Cote, S.D.N.Y. He previously worked for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the Office of Economic Analysis under Chief Economist Lawrence E. Harris.
He received his J.D., cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law, where he served on the Urban Law Journal, and was recognized with the Hon. Hugh R. Jones Award in Law and Public Policy and the Fordham Law Alumni Association Medal in Constitutional Law. He received his B.A. in psychology from Columbia College of Columbia University. Jared is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
