Jason B. Castle

Mr. Castle graduated with a BA Degree from Indiana University and a MSW from University of Cincinnati. Mr. Castle provided social services and counseling to children and families for four years before receiving his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Castle started his legal career as a prosecutor for the City of Phoenix where he prosecuted hundreds of cases and conducted over a hundred jury trials. Mr. Castle joined Mariscal, Weeks, McIntyre & Friedlander, PA to focus his legal practice on family law. Since joining the Firm, Mr. Castle has handled all types of family law matters from simple dissolution of marriage to complex custody disputes and complex business evaluation matters. Mr. Castle's trial experience combined with his social work education/experience provides substantial advantages in all family law matters, but is especially advantageous in contested custody disputes. Mr. Castle's experience wth complex custody disputes includes allegations of abuse and molestation, which were successfully resloved. Mr. Castle is a board member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, which is an organization comprised of interdisciplinary and international associations of professionals dedicated to ther resolution of family conflicts. Mr. Castle is currently the past-president of the Family Law section of the Maricopa County Bar Association and is a member of the American and Arizona Bar Associations.
