Jason handles all aspects of private securities and offerings, including venture capital transactions and private debt securities, utilizing his extensive experience and knowledge of the complex regulations that govern securities to steer his clients toward efficient solutions.
Additionally, Jason also provides counsel to a variety of companies regarding general business and corporate issues, including divestiture of business units, supply chain agreements, real estate transactions, lease financing and corporate governance. His familiarity with companies of varying stages, sizes, and operations arms him with a deep reservoir of knowledge that is tailored to a client's specific needs.
