Jason represents clients in both civil and criminal litigation matters. He also advises clients on residential real estate transactions, land use planning, and boundary disputes. Active in economic and community development, he serves on numerous city and citizen committees including the Ellsworth City Charter Commission, Ellsworth Downtown Business Association, Sustainable Ellsworth Committee, and the Ellsworth Public Library Board of Trustees.
