Professional Experience
Jason Johnson's practice focuses on patent litigation under the Hatch-Waxman Act in the chemical and pharmaceutical areas.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Johnson was a research scientist at Duke University Medical Center and Eli Lilly (formally Sphinx Pharmaceuticals). Mr. Johnson has research experience in HIV as well as Leukemia. In addition, Mr. Johnson spent three years in clinical research monitoring.While in law school he served as a Senior Editor on IDEA: The Journal of Law and Technology, as a Teaching Associate for Patent Law and Patent Practice and Procedure I, and was the recipient of the 2005 ABA-BNA Award for Excellence in the Study of Intellectual Property Law.
