Jason E. O'Leary practices general intellectual property law with an emphasis on complex pharmaceutical patent litigation under the Hatch-Waxman Act.
While in law school, Mr. O'Leary was a Senior Editor of the Rutgers Law Record and worked as a patent extern for the New Jersey Institute of Technology
Prior to practicing law, Mr. O'Leary worked in the pharmaceutical industry as a Manufacturing Engineer where he provided technical services for anti-biotic and NSAID manufacturing facilities.
