Jason is an Associate in the Business department. Prior to working at Foley Hoag, Jason worked in the legal department of First Wind Energy, LLC, assisting the Boston-based wind company with a variety of transactional, compliance, and regulatory matters.
During law school, Jason worked as a research assistant to Professors Laurence Tribe, Michael Klarman and Jon Coates. He assisted with conceptualizing the newly created Department of Justice office of Senior Counselor for Access to Justice, researched and conducted analysis on various policy and litigation matters, and drafted and edited speeches and announcements.
Before law school, Jason worked as a research assistant in the Division of Monetary Affairs of the Federal Reserve Board of Governors, where he researched hedge funds, credit derivatives and financial stability.
