· Represented WellCare Health Plans, Inc. in its $144 million initial public offering and a $240 million follow-on offering.
· Represented WellCare Health Plans, Inc. in its $50 million acquisition of Harmony Health Systems, Inc.
· Represented a publicly held IT consulting company in its $16 million sale of a division to another public company.
· Represented the management group in connection with a $170 million leveraged buy-out of four related health maintenance organizations.
· Represented an online direct marketing company in connection with a $15 million financing and recapitalization, and a subsequent $25 million merger and reorganization with another private company.
