| Biography | Jason T. Moss is the president at the law firm Moss & Associates, Attorneys P.A., where he practices in the areas of litigation and bankruptcy. Mr. Moss's firm received the 2003 South Carolina Bar Pro Bono Law Firm of the Year. He has previously been a speaker at the South Carolina Bankruptcy Lawyer Association Annual Seminar, The South Carolina Bar and NBI. Mr. Moss earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of South Carolina, Magna Cum Laude, and his Juris Doctor at the University of South Carolina School of Law. He was also elected into the prestigious national honor society Phi Beta Kappa. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar, the South Carolina Bankruptcy Law Association and is Federally Licensed.
