Jay is also a Florida Certified Public Accountant. He joined our firm in September, 2005. Before joining our firm, Jay has been in private practice in South Florida since 1988. Jay has over twenty years of experience practicing law in the areas of corporate, insurance/risk management, real property, and taxation. He represents developers, business owners, executives, privately held business entities, entrepreneurs and families with regard to their real property, taxation, insurance/risk management and corporate needs. Jay resides in Boca Raton. In addition to Jay's participation with The Florida Bar, Jay is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and an Advisory Board Member of the Cornell Museum of Art.
