We specialize in representing clients who need assistance with planning for and dealing with life and death issues. By way of example, our practice includes estate planning for people of all ages, guardianships for incapacitated persons, Medicaid issues, securing VA Benefits, estate administration and trust preparation.

We find creative solutions for clients interested in achieving the best results for themselves and their families through asset protection and estate planning. We advocate the importance of preplanning for the issues related to aging either at home or in a facility. We encourage our clients to have the essential documents necessary to insure that they and their loved ones are properly prepared to deal with extraordinary circumstances that occur during life (e.g. Powers of Attorney and Living Wills) and those that are related to death through a well constructed estate plan and will. Preplanning gives the client piece of mind and makes the administration of a decedent's estate less complicated and, as a result, less expensive.

We are a small boutique firm and pride ourselves on personal service. Being a two attorney firm, our clients enjoy the customized services they are seeking. We see clients in the office, but also travel to meet them at home, in the hospital or at a skilled nursing facility.
