    Biography

    Jay Syverson is an associate in the firm's Tax, Estate Planning, and Employee Benefits Department. Jay graduated Order of the Coif and with highest honors from Drake University Law School in Des Moines. While at Drake, he was a member of the Drake Law Review for two years, serving as Executive Editor in 2008-09. Jay was also a Dwight D. Opperman Scholar at Drake and published an article in the Drake Law Review on home rule for Iowa's cities and counties. At Nyemaster Goode, Jay focuses on estate planning and taxation matters.
