| Biography | Mr. Dobrutsky, a partner in the Firm's Litigation group, focuses on commercial matters. He represents individuals and businesses in disputes involving the automotive industry, real estate development, commercial and residential construction and banking and lending matters. He also counsels and represents clients regarding employment and labor issues, including restrictive covenants, executive compensation, and workplace policies and guidelines. Mr. Dobrutsky is admitted to practice in Illinois and the United States District Court, Northern and Central Districts of Illinois. He holds a B.A. from Boston University, and an M.A. and Ph.D. in English Literature from the University of Virginia. He was awarded his J.D. from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law in 1996. Mr. Dobrutsky is a member of the Chicago and Illinois State Bar Associations. . |
