Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Preston-O'Neill litigated property disputes for residential and commercial policyholders throughout Florida. She also has experience in a variety of first and third party litigation matters, and employment related matters such as discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour claims. Ms. Preston-O'Neill began her legal career as an Assistant Public Defender for the 11th Judicial Circuit where she represented and defended thousands of individuals accused of traffic, misdemeanor, and felony crimes, including crimes punishable by life in prison.
