Jean is an Associate in the Real Estate Group. Her practice focuses on general real estate related issues. From 2004 to 2005, prior to joining the firm, Jean clerked for the Honorable Susan Beck of the Massachusetts Appeals Court.

· Representation of Federal Realty Investment Trust in connection with multiple separate joint venture arrangements and the acquisition of a controlling interest in Plaza El Segundo in California.
· Representation of a major university in connection with its master plan approvals.
· Representation of real estate developers in connection with the acquisition and financing of affordable housing developments in Boston, Massachusetts.
· Representation of real estate developers in connection with the permitting for multifamily, office and mixed use developments in Cambridge and Boston, Massachusetts.
· Representation of a national bank, as agent for several lenders, in the construction financing of an office condominium tower in Miami, Florida.
· Representation of lenders in connection with senior and mezzanine financing for residential condominium projects.
