Jean Kuo's practice encompasses a broad range of fields, including mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, antitrust, employment, and general corporate and commercial matters. She has extensive experience representing Japanese companies and enterprises with their investment plans as well as acquiring or selling shares of Taiwanese companies, and provides counsel with respect to various regulatory issues. She also has negotiated with Taiwanese companies for patents and has handled disputes and litigation involving intellectual property.
Jean has spoken at financial group and accounting firm seminars in Tokyo and Taipei regarding M&A and public tender offers. She is a member of the Taipei Bar Association.
