Experience
A shareholder in the Tampa office of GrayRobinson, Jeanette has been practicing real estate law since 1985. She has represented clients in a variety of real estate projects, including office buildings, shopping centers, apartment complexes and residential communities. Jeanette's work has involved all aspects of these projects, including acquisitions, financings and dispositions. She has considerable experience in leasing, including ground leasing and retail, office and industrial leasing.
Ms. Flores has represented a wide range of real estate clients, including pension funds, real estate investment trusts, insurance companies and developers. Her work also involves representing national retailers throughout Florida in acquiring and leasing shopping centers.
Jeanette has significant experience in the healthcare arena and has assisted for-profit and not-for-profit hospitals in developing new hospitals, medical office buildings and out-patient facilities.
During the early 1990's Ms. Flores represented the Resolution Trust Corporation and national banks in the disposition of distressed real estate.
Prior to joining GrayRobinson, Jeanette was a shareholder with Carlton Fields and spent 15 years in the firm's Tampa office. A native Midwesterner, she began her legal career at the Chicago law firm of Schiff Hardin & Waite.
