| Biography | Originally from Prince Edward Island, Jeff has a Master of Science in Exercise Sciences and Sport from UNB, with a thesis titled "Unchecked? A Critical Analysis of the Moral Issues of Introducing Body Checking in Youth Ice Hockey". He also has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. He was a graduate of Distinction from his UNB Bachelor of Laws class, and was a Lord Beaverbrook Scholar in Law. While at law School, Jeff participated in both the Laskin and Harrison Shield Moot competitions, and was a judicial intern with the Honourable Mr. Justice Bradley V. Green of the New Brunswick Court of Appeal.
