I appreciated this law firm in regards to them understanding my situation especially when I had to have my payments to them reduced due to my situation in reference to changes in income. I know my time was long but in the end it was worth it.I am now going credit card free and setting money back for purchases I want to do and pay cash upfront. It was a relief to not have the debt over my head. Jeff Field's staff were great to me in regards to listening and helping me make this bankruptcy happen

All of the associates were very friendly and very helpful, they always got the answer I needed, always called back, and were never rude. I would recommend them to anyone. It didn't matter who I talked to, they always found someone that could answer my questions. I thank them for being patient with me. Chase Butler was the most helpful person I've talked to from there. He made me feel like I was a person and not just another client, I thank him for that.

I would highly recommend Jeff Field & Assoc. to anyone needing a good bankruptcy attorney. They helped me through the process with professionalism and kindness. Mr. Matthew Nash was great at our meetings and explained the process and answered all my questions thoroughly. I would definitely give them a 5 star rating.

I was contacted 2 yrs. after my Bankruptcy case was closed, by a creditor who was seeking payment. I immediately called Jeff Fields and Associates and spoke with Julie who was my contact person. In less than 24 hours they contacted the bank via fax and with a call to the CEO on my behalf. They then relayed apologies from the CEO and the employee. All at no additional cost to me. I have always been pleased with the level of customer service, availability and knowledge of all the staff.

Just wanted to say thank you for all of your help these past 3 years with my plan. Glad to get that behind me and start fresh. Thanks for making this an easy transition and helping me settle these debts. As a single Mom receiving virtually no child support and being left with some of ex-husbands debt and trying to manage on my minimal salary, has been hard. Huge burden lifted. Thanks for all of your help and seeing me thru this.

My case was somewhat more complicated than most because I did not meet the means test, yet needed Chapter 7. Three other lawyers had looked at my situation and each said, "Chapter 13." Jeff was the fourth lawyer I visited and he took the time to listen to why I thought I could qualify for Chapter 7. Our first meeting was almost two hours but by the end he said, "OK, it's going to be close but we'll take you as a seven." Great in every in every way. Responsive staff, too.
