Jeff focuses on securities and financial services litigation and regulatory enforcement matters. He represents broker-dealers and individuals in securities arbitrations and lawsuits brought by institutional and individual investors, and in connection with regulatory inquiries and enforcement proceedings brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission, state attorney general offices, state securities regulators and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. He frequently works on cases involving complex legal issues and significant motion practice.
Jeff served as a law clerk for the Hon. Kermit V. Lipez of the First Circuit Court of Appeals and for the Hon. Margaret H. Marshall, Chief Justice of Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.
