Jeff Barnes is a partner at our Toronto office. He was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1976. Jeff received his JD from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law in 1974.

ˇ Advised the board of directors of Lionsgate Entertainment Corp. on its ongoing disputes with Carl Icahn controlled entities
ˇ Advised the Special Committee of MI Developments in connection with Magna Entertainment Corporation, a proposed insider bid and a proposed restructuring
