Jeff Dretler is a partner in the Boston office. He represents employers in state and federal courts and administrative agencies in cases involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, civil rights, and wage and hour issues. He also provides counsel on reasonable accommodation, independent contractor law, workplace investigations, and the Family and Medical Leave Act, and drafts noncompetition agreements, severance agreements, and personnel manuals. Jeff's clients span a broad range of industries with a particular focus on health care, media, and hospitality.

In September 2012, Jeff was named employer co-chair of the Leadership Development Program committee of the American Bar Association's Labor and Employment Section, which provides leadership training and development to a select group of Section members representing all constituencies of the Section (Union/Employee, Employee, Employer, Government and Neutral). Jeff also serves as management co-chair of the Section's Employment At Will subcommittee of the Employment Rights and Responsibilities committee, and has held other leadership positions within the Section. Jeff served for more than a decade on the Anti-Defamation League's New England Regional Board of Directors and has served on the board of the Human Resources Council. Jeff was selected for inclusion in the 2013 Massachusetts Super Lawyers.
