Jeffrey B. Wells is a sole practitioner in Seattle where he has concentrated his practice in commercial bankruptcy, Chapter 13 wage-earners' plans, and consumer bankruptcy for the past 25 years. Mr. Wells is a frequent speaker at continuing legal education seminars relating to creditor and debtor rights and bankruptcy. He is a member of the King County (Bankruptcy Section) and Washington State Bar Associations. He earned BA cum laude with college honors in history from the University of Washington and his JD from Willamette University in 1975. He is a past member of the Mountlake Terrace City Council and Board of Adjustment.
