Jeff Wolfstone focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, commercial finance, corporate law and governance, venture capital and private equity, sustainability and nonprofit corporations. He is co-chair of the Firm's Corporate Finance and Securities Practice Group and serves as a leader of the Firm's Financial Institutions Industry Team.
