Mr. Gray is an attorney in the firm's Litigation group who has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America, the Virginia Super Lawyers list and Virginia Business magazine's "Legal Elite." Mr. Gray is a graduate of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy Program. Because of his successes before juries, judges and arbitrators, Mr. Gray frequently is involved in litigation that is likely to go to trial and in pre-litigation counseling.
