Jeffrey Dunetz is a partner in the New York and Chicago offices of Mayer Brown. He represents financial institutions and corporations in leveraged, cross-over and investment grade financings, mezzanine investments, first/second lien financings, structured cross-border trade financings and other financing transactions. He has extensive experience in cash flow, asset-based and structured debt and equity investments, as well as intercreditor matters, with a significant number of his transactions involving both senior and subordinated capital.
Jeffrey chairs the Food & Agribusiness Group at Mayer Brown. His extensive F&A experience includes the entire range of F&A activities, from input supply matters for growers and ranchers, value-added processing and manufacturing, and commercial and retail distribution.
Jeffrey also has substantial cross-border experience, having closed financings and other transactions in multiple countries in Europe, Asia and around the world.
The total transaction value of deals closed by Jeffrey is approximately $80 billion.
