Jeffrey Love is an associate in our Tax Group in Toronto. His practice focuses on dispute resolution and litigation in respect of income taxes, goods and services taxes and provincial sales taxes. He is proud to be a member of the International Tax Review's 2011-2012 Tax Disputes Firm of the Year (Canada).
Mr. Love has written a number of articles on income tax, transfer pricing and GST topics for the Canadian Tax Foundation, International Fiscal Association and CCH Tax Topics.
Mr. Love received his LL.B from Queen's University in 2007, and his B.Sc. (Hons.) in Engineering Physics from Queen's University in 2003. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2008.
Mr. Love won several awards for academic achievement while in law school, including the Stikeman Elliott / Carswell National Tax Award. He also competed in the Canadian Corporate Securities Law Moot, where his team won the first-place factum and third-place team awards.
Mr. Love's professional memberships include the Advocate's Society, the Canadian Bar Association, the Canadian Tax Foundation, and the Ontario Bar Association.
