| Biography | Jeff Clark is counsel with Waller Lansden and practices in the area of commercial real estate law, including the acquisition, disposition, leasing and development of commercial, retail and industrial real estate. Mr. Clark represents numerous national companies in real estate transactions. He recently assisted a publicly traded behavioral healthcare services provider in the acquisition of 20 inpatient psychiatric facilities. He also provides counsel to a wireless communications company in real estate acquisition and leasing activities throughout the country. Mr. Clark has extensive experience in real estate leasing matters involving office, industrial and retail properties.
