Jeffrey Lenser concentrates his practice on commercial litigation, particularly insurance coverage. He has extensive experience representing policyholders in insurance recovery matters in federal and state courts across the country. By employing alternative dispute resolution as part of a comprehensive litigation strategy, he has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars in insurance proceeds for his clients. Mr. Lenser has obtained insurance coverage for clients in several areas, including environmental, bodily injury, product liability, errors and omissions, and directors and officers. Mr. Lenser has particular experience obtaining insurance coverage on behalf of clients in the chemical and oil and gas industries.
