An attorney since 1982 as well as a Certified Public Accountant, Jeffrey Rosenthal is qualified to advise clients in the negotiation and documentation of sophisticated loan transactions and workouts of existing loans and DIP loans. Jeffrey's clients have included major commercial banks and many finance companies active in the commercial finance industry in New Jersey and New York. He has represented buyers of distressed debt in a number of transactions with the successful results of the buyer taking control of and turning around the borrower.

· Represented the asset-based lending arm of a national bank in the acquisition of a $340 million, 40-loan portfolio.
· Represented a national bank in a $30 million revolving loan to a Michigan-based company that acquires consumer notes.
· Represented a commercial bank in a $40 million asset-based loan to an importer of houseware and home decor products.
· Represented the asset-based lending arm of a national bank in a $4 million loan to a New York-based printing company to acquire the assets of another printing company.
· Represented the asset-based lending arm of a national bank in a $21 million loan to a Pennsylvania-based medical equipment rental company.
· Represented a hedge fund in a $75 million syndicated loan to an insurance company.
· Represented the asset-based lending arm of a national bank in a $12 million loan to a New York-based manufacturer of materials handling and food service equipment to finance the acquisition of another materials handling equipment company.
· Represented a specialty finance bank and its affiliate in a $15 million loan to a taxi company to finance the acquisition of vehicles and Chicago taxi medallions.
· Represented a commercial bank in a $7.5 million loan to an accounts receivable financing company.
· Represented a hedge fund in multiple loan transactions aggregating $115 million to a manufacturing company.
