Background
Jeffrey Spiegel is an associate in our Toronto office. He joined Borden Ladner Gervais LLP's Securities & Capital Markets Group after having summered and articled with the Firm. Jeffrey was called to the Ontario Bar in 2010. Jeffrey graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2009. He also holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business. Prior to that, Jeffrey studied Philosophy at the University of Toronto.
Areas of Practice
Jeffrey practises as a Securities & Capital Markets lawyer. He advises in corporate and securities transactions, corporate finances, as well as M&A. Other practice areas include corporate governance and business law.
