| Biography | As a generalist labor lawyer for more than 30 years, Jeff Bell has represented both unionized and union-free employers in a wide variety of industries throughout the U.S. Jeff has extensive experience in representing Hospitals in high profile labor negotiations. He has broad experience in dealing with union organizing attempts and elections, defending arbitration cases, and in helping clients develop effective strategies for remaining union-free. Jeff regularly counsels clients on labor and employment matters to help them reduce their exposure to litigation.
