Jehanne is an Associate in the Boston office, practicing in the Litigation Section. Her practice encompasses representing clients in a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters, including claims for breach of fiduciary duty, theft and violation of trade secrets, product liability matters, violations of consumer protection statutes, and business torts.
She has litigated cases in both federal and state courts in Massachusetts as well as represented clients in matters before the Massachusetts Appeals Court. Jehanne's practice additionally involves advising and counseling clients with respect to Bank Secrecy Act compliance.
Jehanne maintains an active pro bono practice. She manages Mintz Levin's participation in an annual series of legal clinics for homeless individuals. Jehanne has also successfully represented clients seeking asylum and has assisted victims of domestic violence with obtaining restraining orders. In recognition of her pro bono efforts, Jehanne received the Pro Bono Award from the Lawyers Clearinghouse.
Before joining Mintz Levin, Jehanne was a clerk for Massachusetts Superior Court Judge Isaac Borenstein, a summer associate at another prominent Massachusetts law firm, and an intern with Greater Boston Legal Services, where she represented clients in unemployment benefit hearings.
Jehanne is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. She received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law (2006) and her B.S. and B.A. from Tufts University (2001).
