Jenevieve maintains an active pro bono practice, in which she assists artists and musicians in protecting their intellectual property rights and obtaining appropriate permissions for their works. She participates in several of the firm's well-established pro bono programs, including advocating for victims of domestic violence and for families referred through the Medical-Legal Partnership.
Prior to joining Foley Hoag, Jenevieve served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Margot Botsford of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. During law school, she interned at Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts of Massachusetts, and before studying law she spent several years in the editorial acquisitions and licensing department of a small academic book publisher.
