Jenn is a member in the Intellectual Property Section in the firm's Boston office. She represents a variety of clients in the United States and throughout Europe. Her practice involves all aspects of domestic and foreign patent prosecution and portfolio management, primarily in the area of biotechnology, focusing on the fields of biochemistry, cellular and molecular biology, immunology, microbiology, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices.
Her practice also involves developing and implementing worldwide patent strategies for her clients, preparing validity and infringement opinions, conducting freedom-to-operate analyses, and performing due diligence activities.
Jenn is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. She received her A.B., cum laude, from Harvard University (1998) and her J.D. from Cornell Law School (2001).
