Ms. McKendry serves as counsel in our Litigation group in Toronto.
She carries on a general litigation practice with a particular focus on criminal and professional negligence cases, and both defends and prosecutes quasi-criminal and regulatory matters. Ms. McKendry has appeared before all levels of Ontario courts, including the Court of Appeal.
Ms. McKendry acts for the Canadian Medical Protective Association and represents physicians before the courts, the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board and at Coroner's Inquests.
Ms. McKendry has been an instructor at the Osgoode Hall Intensive Trial Advocacy Workshop. She received her BA (Hons.) from the University of Toronto in 1997, and her LL.B. from the University of Ottawa in 2000. Ms. McKendry was called to the Ontario bar in 2002.
Ms. McKendry is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Advocates' Society and the Medico-Legal Society of Toronto.
